You are welcome to join your team in the office and we can facilitate them coming to Australia for 1-2 weeks work as well.

Once you have selected your team member, they become 100% dedicated to your business. Your new team member works within our modern office facilities supported by our Enhanced Productivity Framework.

Your Direction

Your new team members are guided by your directions, tasks and Key Performance Indicators, just like a team member would be in your home office.

Your Systems

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are the key to achieving quality communication that delivers results. Most businesses improve the quality of their systems the moment that they commence building their offshore team. If you have no SOP's or you think they need a good refresh, that is not uncommon. We will guide you with a process to bring these up to speed that will not feel overwhelming.

Your Culture

Your new team are working as part of your business culture, supported by our productivity culture. The more your business embraces the inclusion of your team member, the greater the results you will see. We encourage you or a key person in your team to visit your team member and work from the office in the Philippines for a week to further transfer your knowledge and business culture. We also encourage your team investing a week in your home office. 

This approach is a game changer for the interaction with your home team and generates a level engagement from your offshore team member that is hard to replicate. We will assist in facilitating these approaches when the time is right.

How do you know if the person you are hiring is who they say they are? Our recruitment team validate the background of each applicant and complete police and drug testing on all candidates prior to commencing. How do I know what my team members are working on? When a team member works beside you in your office, you can quickly see what they are working on just by looking at their screen. Having a team member working offshore thousands on kilometres away doesn't mean you have to miss out on this effective and simple way to review work. As part of our Enhanced Productivity Environment, you will be able to view the screenshots of your team members via a secure online portal. This also includes measurements of keystrokes and mouse clicks.
